    Zendesk is a Live Chat service that we use to ensure we can chat with you through the website so we can give you instant answers to any questions or comments you may have. Only technical data will be gather including, the country you've accessed the website from, the browser and device you are using to access the website. You do have the option to supply us with your name and email so that we can personalise your chat experience. However you're also able to use the services anonymously.     If you are impressed what we offer and decide you'd like to become a customer, then we will collect some personal information from you in order to set up your website and manage you and your project. We store this information securely and do not share your personal data with anyone else, unless we've asked you first. We often get asked if we know someone who can offer a service and because we love to maintain a good relationship with you, we may suggest you. However, we'll always ask your permission first and check you're happy for us to recommend you.

    We will ask for your name and contact information if you decide to contact us using one of the contact forms on the site. We merely do this, so we have your contact details, so that we can reply to your inquiry. We don't sell or pass that data on to anyone else.

Advertising:

  • Google AdWords (Data collected - Technical and Marketing and communications Data):
    Once you've left our site, we use Google AdWords to re-engage with you if we think you are likely to convert to customers based on the your online behaviour. Google Adwords helps people around the world see our adverts online. Mailing Lists:

    You may want to keep up to date with everything that is going on at Blastoff.website, and may want to subscribe to our mailing list. We will collect some information on you so that we can contact you to keep you up-to-date on what's happening at Blastoff, what's happening in the industry, hints and tips to make your website work for you and any special offers or promotions we are running, that we think you'd be interested in. We don't pass or sell any of that data on to anyone else. We use a third party provider called Mailchimp to look after our email marketing. We gather statistics on how many emails are opened and which links are clicked. It's all standard industry technology. Every marketing email sent via Mailchip, will have unsubscribe tools on the footer - allowing you to easily manage your subscription to the mailing list. How long do we keep your information?
We only keep your information for as long as we need to for each reason outlined above.

  • Identity & Contact Data
    The contact and identity data that we store is kept for the duration that you are a customer of ours. Any contact and identity data taken in the form of an inquiry, will be delete after 2 years.
  • Financial Data
    This is kept for as long as you're a customer of ours. If you decide to leave us, then this information is destroyed.
  • Technical &Usage Data
    This data is stored in compliance with the privacy policies of the third-party analytics services outlined above. This data is kept for no longer than 2 years.
  • Marketing and Communications Data
    This data is stored in compliance with the privacy policies of the third-party email marketing service outlined above. This data is kept until you decide to unsubscribe.
